Shipping

Orders are subject to availability of stock. In the event of an out-of-stock condition, you will be informed and total amount of your purchase will be reimbursed in accordance with original process.

Client must specify delivery address. In case of absence at place of shipment, a notice is given by shipping company.  Client is responsible to contact shipper to take hold of the purchased goods.  Should goods be returned to seller by shipper, then seller will reimburse client minus shipping and handling fees.

With Home Sliding Systems, shipping fees are clearly stated. Orders above 100$ are free of shipping fees in Canada. As goods are shipped from south of Montreal, goods purchased include GST only for all provinces except Qc (additional PST).

Returns

In the event of a product non-compliance, client must return product to seller at the following address with packaging non-damaged or dirty along with related invoice and the goods in proper condition and not showing prolonged use.

Reimbursement do not cover shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs along with insurance fees must be paid in advance and buyer remained responsible of loss or damage due to return shipment.
